We are licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health to provide comprehensive in-home care services.
6. Are your caregivers insured and bonded?
Yes. All our caregivers are licensed, bonded, and employed by our agency.

We can begin care within a few hours for urgent client needs, or within 24 hours for non-urgent clients.
9. Are your services available in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
Both. We provide in-home care services wherever you call home.
10. What if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it to my house?
In the event that your caregiver is sick, or otherwise not able to make it to your house, we will arrange for a fill-in caregiver to take care of your loved one until your regular caregiver can return. Your needs will always be covered.

12. How are your caregivers screened?
The safety and security of our clients are of the utmost importance to us, which is why our caregivers must pass a thorough background check, drug test, DMV reference check, competency testing, and an in-person interview before being hired by Perennial Angels Homecare.
13. What kind of training do your caregivers receive?
Our caregivers receive in-depth, condition-specific training from the Institute for Professional Care Education, a nationally renowned caregiver training organization. Our caregivers are trained to specialize in hospice care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, mental health issues, developmental disabilities, and other common conditions such as diabetes, COPD, CHF, and cancer. Continuing education that is completed annually helps our staff stay current on emerging senior-care issues and new in-home care techniques.
